Aquaplancton has been used extensively in France and other European countries for many years. It was brought over to the UK in 1992 since when it has gone from strength to strength.

Pond owners are a lot more aware of the environment these days and welcome this natural alternative to the use of manufactured chemicals. Aquaplancton has been enthusiastically received because it is an entirely natural, mined mineral that works with nature which has to be better than using manufactured chemicals.
